Delivery & Shipping

At Sweet Little Scents, every order is carefully prepared and packed by hand. As many of our products are handmade, we ask that you allow 3–5 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

We currently deliver throughout the UK only.

All orders are sent using Royal Mail. Where available, customers can choose between Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 at checkout. Delivery charges will be shown at checkout and will depend on the delivery service selected.

Orders of £60 or more qualify for free UK delivery.

Please note that our 3–5 working day timeframe relates to the preparation and dispatch of your order. Royal Mail delivery times begin once your parcel has been collected or handed over to Royal Mail. Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 are delivery aims rather than guarantees, and delays can occasionally occur once a parcel has left us.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive confirmation along with tracking information where applicable so you can follow your parcel on its way to you.

Please take care when entering your delivery address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to amend the delivery details.

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where relevant, and we’ll be happy to help.
